An Infatuating Thought

"Infatuated by love or love to get infatuated?"
Infatuate means 'to cause to be foolish : deprive of sound judgment' While thinking of relationships this question hit my mind. We behave foolishly because we are in love or its love that makes us behave foolishly?or is it our innnermost instinct to be infatuated...and we are always on a hunt to find one to justify...means we just love to be foolish (infatuated). On the second thought is a successful relationship referred as Love and a failure as infatuation?

The Life Run

Me: run buddy run...run for life...run for money...run for Love...run for all that you ever desire

Buddy: but i am already running

Me: then why can't i feel that?

Buddy: May be we are all running...that's why

Me: (I am shocked) Look at him...he is surely not running...what a fool?

The standing man: I am no fool

Me: why don't you run?

The standing man: the question is not that...it is why are u all running?

Me: for Life, money, Love and all that

The standing man: You won't find all that while running.

Me: why?

The standing man: It is because when you run... you are just running and consumed by the pressure to keep the pace. Just look back and see your footprints...they all go round and round...a bigger circle every year to be covered in the same time. so you run faster. It is when you stand and see people running, come to know that they are all stuck in Life run. No time to really think while pondering all the time. No time to see while watching all the time. No time while having time all the time.

Me: who are you?

The standing man : don't you recognize me?

Me: Oh...I remember seeing you...but where?

The staning man: See what the run has done to you

Buddy: Run man run....what are you doing in front of that mirror?
